Sometimes we don’t know where our pain comes from. Whether it’s pain felt mentally, emotionally or physically. Through the mind, heart or body. 

Each of these avenues can give us clarity our pain. 

There are temporary relievers that numb the pain. But that just takes its voice away. 

This is a service about learning to listen to our pain. 

The more we listen to our pain the less it has to shout.

During this hour long session we will journey into the realms of the unspoken and song to see what they create together.
